Application
Simple application
- 1. Intensive pre-cleaning with a residue-free cleaning agent – recommendation: Bio-cleaning concentrate BIOSATIVA ®
- 2. Clean and degrease the surface again with bio-ethanol
- 3. Apply sealing with a non-absorbent application cloth, allow to dry briefly, carefully polish off excess material (slight gray haze) with a soft microfibre cloth
- 4. Done
Basically, the better the pre-cleaning, the longer the seal will last
cleaning
All surfaces to be treated must be dry and well cleaned. Impurities, dirt and dust on the surface also absorb the coating and can thus lead to higher consumption, areas that are not optimally wetted and reduced durability.
We recommend abrasive cleaning of the surfaces before application and then degreasing immediately before application in order to ensure optimal chemical bonding to the substrate surface.

Our premium solar systems / photovoltaic sealing is delivered ready to use and applied undiluted to the pre-cleaned dry surface.
We recommend the application by careful polishing with a soaked application cloth (non-absorbent). A thin film of liquid should form on the surface. If this film disappears again immediately, it must be re-dosed.
As soon as a slight gray haze (excess material) forms, the surface is saturated.
The dosage should be adjusted accordingly in order to work as material-saving as possible.
For the application we recommend a surface temperature of +5 to +25°C. In principle, however, the application is possible at temperatures between -25°C and +80°C.
drying
After application, allow the surface to set for about a minute until the wet film dissolves and a light gray haze forms.
Carefully and carefully buff out the gray haze with a clean, soft microfiber cloth .
During and immediately after application, the surface should not come into contact with water.
Complete curing takes place after 24 hours.
The hardened coating is absolutely invisible and does not cause any visual impairments.
FAQ
Always use environmentally friendly organic cleaners (e.g. BIOSATIVA®).
Make sure that these are completely biodegradable and compatible with humans and animals and are ideally obtained from naturally renewable raw materials.
Under no circumstances should strong chemical cleaning agents or high-pressure cleaners be used, as these could damage your solar system.
By applying a professional nano-coating, you can significantly extend the cleaning cycles and increase the effectiveness of your system thanks to the self-cleaning effect of the treated surface.
